The troubling events and war in Ukraine inspired the organization, and the designers to donate a percentage of their profits to the cause! Art Hearts Fashion in association with Fashion Tech works and Charity Buzz made this event possible.

Designer Spotlight: Wilfredo Gerardo

In an interview with fashion designer Wilfredo Gerardo. [His looks can be seen on the red carpet of the Emmys, Golden Globes, People’s Choice Awards, etc.] He was very vocal about the color palette used in this upcoming collection.

He said “We have lavender color, the lavender color is the color of the season and you can find a touch of lavender throughout the collection” at this year’s LA Fashion Week.

He’s more known for his red carpet gowns, but he developed a side passion for designing gowns and accessories for animals during the pandemic. He says he has many more projects coming out, so this won’t be the last time we see Mr. Gerardo.

Personal Review

This was an enjoyable event to attend. I’ve been to many fashion shows but this one was special because everyone was focused on one cause. The self-less love and compassion of the designers in this event was inspiring. They have shown the world that fashion can unite people together.
