RYM Terms of Use

Welcome to RYM! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of the RYM streaming platform (the "Platform"), including our website, mobile applications, and any other features, content, or functionalities offered by RYM.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to access the Platform. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

The Platform contains content, including music, videos, images, and text (collectively, "Content") that is owned by RYM or licensed from third parties. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, sell, or create derivative works of any Content without the express written permission of RYM or the applicable rights holder.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform in a lawful and respectful manner. You agree not to:

  • Upload or share any content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Harass, bully, or threaten other users.

  • Impersonate any person or entity.

  • Interfere with the operation of the Platform.

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

RYM may terminate your access to the Platform for any reason, at any time, without notice.

7. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RYM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RYM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

RYM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RYM, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be held in Los Angeles, California.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RYM regarding your use of the Platform.

13. Updates to Terms

RYM may update these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on the Platform. You are advised to review the Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the amended terms are posted constitutes your agreement to the amended terms.
