Terms and Conditions
Expectations and Potential Future Opportunities
This document outlines the expectations for your internship with RYM Media and potential opportunities that may be available upon your graduation. We value your contributions and are excited about your potential growth within our organization.
Current Internship Responsibilities:
During your internship, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Website Updates: A minimum of five (5) web updates per day, Monday through Friday. These updates should be completed with accuracy and attention to detail, adhering to RYM Media's style guidelines and any specific instructions provided.
Magazine Articles: One (1) to two (2) articles per month for RYM Magazine. These articles should be well-researched, engaging, and submitted by the agreed-upon deadlines.
RYM Productions - In-Studio Production Assistance: As needed, adhering to the intern’s school schedule and ensuring ample time is provided.
Voluntary Opportunities:
We encourage your engagement beyond these core responsibilities. Any additional tasks or projects, such as contributing to other areas of the magazine, assisting with social media, or participating in other company initiatives, are strictly voluntary unless explicitly requested due to an absolute necessity. In such necessary cases, you will be provided with adequate time to complete the assigned tasks effectively.

Outside of Office Opportunities
From time to time, outside of office opportunities (i.e., concerts, events, etc.) may arise. Participation in these opportunities is strictly voluntary.
If you are under the age of 18, written permission from a parent or legal guardian will be required for any opportunity that falls outside the standard day-to-day internship responsibilities.
Moving Forward: Potential Post-Graduation Employment:
RYM Media is committed to fostering talent and recognizes your potential. Upon your graduation, we intend to finalize discussions regarding a potential full-time employment opportunity.
This opportunity may include:
Salaried Position: A full-time salaried position within RYM Media, with responsibilities to be further defined based on your skills, interests, and the company's needs at that time.
Potential Monthly Stipend (Post-Graduation): A paid monthly stipend may be offered as part of a full-time employment package. The specific amount of this stipend will be subject to negotiation upon your graduation and based on factors such as the role, your experience, and prevailing market rates.
Important Considerations:
This document outlines our current intentions and expectations. The offer of post-graduation employment and the terms thereof (including the potential monthly stipend) are contingent upon your successful completion of the internship, your performance, the company's needs at the time of your graduation, and mutual agreement.
This document does not constitute a guarantee of employment.
All work performed during the internship period is subject to the terms and conditions.
Task Completion Notification: If at any point you are unable to complete an assigned task, you are required to provide notification with sufficient time. For time-sensitive assignments, notification must be given at least 48 hours prior to the deadline. For written assignments, notification must be given at least five (5) business days before the deadline, explaining the reason for your inability to complete the task.
Equipment Responsibility: You are responsible for any equipment that you currently possess, have been provided with, or will be provided with by RYM Media during your internship. This includes, but is not limited to, its safekeeping and proper use.
Under 18 Acknowledgement: If you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian must also print and sign below to indicate their agreement to these terms.
