KARD Returns with a New Sound: "Where To Now?"
Los Angeles, California (August 13, 2024)- K-pop quartet KARD is back, and they're shaking things up. The group known for their energetic Latin pop sound is taking a fresh direction with their seventh EP, "Where To Now? (Part.1: Yellow Light)."
Released on August 13, 2024, the EP marks a departure from KARD's signature style. The lead track, "Tell My Momma," is a catchy synth-pop number that showcases a lighter, more accessible side of the group. The remaining tracks on the EP follow a similar tropical and electro-pop vibe.
While the change in sound might surprise some fans, KARD members believe it's a natural progression for the group. "We wanted to try something new and show people a different side of us," said member Somin. "We hope our fans will enjoy this new sound as much as we do."
Despite the shift in musical direction, KARD's signature energy and charisma remain intact. The group's strong bond and chemistry are evident in their performances and interviews.
As KARD embarks on a new chapter, they're also reflecting on their journey as a co-ed group. "We've faced challenges and doubts, but we've also experienced incredible support from our fans," said member Jiwoo. "We're grateful for the opportunity to be a part of something special."
With "Where To Now?" KARD is proving that they're not afraid to take risks and evolve as artists. As they continue to explore new musical territories, one thing is certain: KARD is here to stay.
