Gibson Gives and Latin GRAMMY Foundation Empower the Next Generation of Latin Musicians

Los Angeles, California (September 2, 2024)- Gibson Gives, the philanthropic arm of the iconic American instrument maker Gibson, has awarded three Tuition Assistance Scholarships in partnership with the Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation. Each scholarship provides up to $12,500 to cover tuition and associated costs at the university of the recipients' choice, along with comprehensive support services. The lucky recipients – Andrés Felipe Palacios (Colombia), Pedro Cheik (Brazil), and Pedro Secco (Brazil) – are all talented guitarists who will receive Gibson or Epiphone instruments in addition to their scholarships.
These scholarships were awarded during the Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation's annual gala, where a total of 44 scholarships were distributed to musicians from across Latin America, Spain, and the United States.
